Kawartha Lakes Food Source is a not for profit organization that has been serving the community for over 15 years. We are the warehouse that procures and stores food from reclamation and donations and supplies it on a fair share basis to the nine food banks within the City of Kawartha Lakes.
We also support twenty-one schools with their breakfast/snack programs. We rely solely on donations from the community and successful applications to foundations and grants – we do not receive support from any level of government.
