Debra Soule has recently resumed painting and her creative endeavours. Prior to her career as a cultural planner she worked in oils, acrylics, watercolour and ink wash, undertook commissioned work and exhibited in juried shows in the Art Gallery of Hamilton, the Art Gallery of Windsor, the MacDonald Stewart Art Gallery and the Las Vegas Contemporary Arts Centre. Best known for her whimsical and thought-provoking work, she also enjoys plein air painting and portraiture or ‘peoplescapes’.
