Julia Cossarin

Julia completed the first year of her Bachelor of Design program at York University. She is looking forward to working at the Kawartha Art Gallery as an administrative assistant this summer and has completed two virtual graphic design mini-internships through the Riipen Level Up program. At university, Julia has had the opportunity to use her creativity while delving into many new concepts and practices in visual communication and interaction design. Projects allowed her to develop techniques in areas such as: typography, drawing, photography, collage, form-making, image manipulation, webpage design, and architectural design. Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop are regularly used as well as ProCreate. Julia’s hobbies include: collecting gems, rocks, minerals and antiques; making jewellery, arts and crafts; watching movies and musicals; playing volleyball; and travelling.
